Warranty

Our products, Miracle and Gisowatt, have two years warranty and in case of a technical problem, we promise to fix it in 5 (five) business days.

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective parts at no cost to you.

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by: neglect, abuse, misuse, abnormal usage, improper maintenance, faulty installation or by repairs carried out by anyone other than an authorized technical support center.

The warranty is valid if the vacuum cleaner is used in the way that is being explained in the owner’s manual. If you have lost your owner’s manual, please contact us immediately.

The promised five business days start when we actually get your vacuum cleaner from you.
